What is the ‘Fusion in a Flash' Program?

There are two parts of the ‘Fusion in a Flash' Program:

Tags in a Flash

When you provide us with images of your campers or attendees within the first couple of days at camp or a conference, we will provide Personalized God-Tags to your campers or attendees by the end of Camp! Guaranteed! There is no other program like this for camps or conferences!

Flash Forward

If you are like most camps or conferences, you take a plethora of digital photos during camp, often to use as marketing material for the next camp or conference. Why not turn those great pictures into profit by allowing us to upload the images on our server and then contacting your campers to let them know that they can purchase the images on our products (including Spirit Gear's Scripture Stones (1.5” Diameter Large and 2.25” Diameter Jumbo), God-Tags, Prayer Tags, Prayer Pillowcases, and T-Shirts).

Can Spirit Gear Provide A Sample Of The Actual God-Tags For Our Inspection?

Yes! Please call us or e-mail us at the number or address above and we will send you a sample in a Flash.

 

How Much Do The God-Tags Cost And How Much Can We Resell Them For?

The price for the God-Tags begins at $7.50 and is reduced with quantity. If you choose to resell the God-Tags, you are free to charge what you will.

 

Do We Get Any Commission From Sales - Of Our Images - After Camp Is Over?

Yes! This is the other half of our Fusion Flash Program. (Your camp or conference may choose to take part in either or both parts of the program.) Whatever nifty images that you have from your camp or conference may be posted on Spirit Gear's site and used as images on Spirit Gear's products, which we will send directly to your camper or attendee.

We will give your camp or conference a 20% commission on whatever is sold. You don't have to do anything except upload the images you want to offer your campers or attendees.

Do I Need A Digital Camera To Participate?

Yes.

 

What Format Do I Shoot In SAVE?

We request that you shoot your digital images in the following formats: .JPG, .TIF, .EPS, or .RAW. Please save the images in the Highest quality setting possible on your Digital Camera.

 

How Many Mega-pixels Does It Need To Be?

We prefer that you use a Digital Camera with at least 3 Mega-pixels of resolution.

 

How Many Shots Do I Take?

In order to get great shots of campers, we have found that it is best to take at least 3 shots of each composition of individuals.

 

What Kinds Of Pictures Do You Suggest We Take?

This is up to your discretion. You can take shots of Individuals, Small Groups, Bunkmates, Campers with their favorite counselor, etc. Whatever is the most simple is usually the best idea. Also, make sure that you have a good/clean background – like a plain wall or a beautiful landscape. Also, make sure that you get the right light on your subjects, so that they don't wash out or fade into darkness. Morning and Evening Shots usually provide the best ambient lighting.

 

Can We Personalize The Text And Verse On The Products?

Yes. We allow each camp or conference to use their theme verse plus their camp or conference information. You can send this information to Spirit Gear at info@spirit-gear.com

 

How Do We Number The Images In Order To Keep Track Of Them?

Each Memory Disk or Memory Card that you use will automatically produce a number for each image. When you actually take the picture, keep track of the number the pictures, starting at 1 (one). On the Chart that we will include in our kit, jot down the Disk Number and Image Number, the person who is ordering that image, and which product they want. When you download the images from your camera to your computer, insert your corresponding chart number (Disk and Image Number) into the automatic name generated by the Camera. When you upload your images to Spirit Gear, we will transform the images for the products and create a contact page, so that when you receive the finished products from Spirit Gear, you will be able to see the product image and the corresponding number, just in case you need to refer to it when you give the product to your campers.

What Kinds Of Products Can We Put The Images And Text/Scripture On?

When Do You Need The Images And The Text/Scripture By?

For the God-Tags, Prayer Tags, Prayer Pillowcases, and T-Shirts, we need the images to process by 12pm noon at least Two (2) days before you need the products delivered to your camp or conference.

 

How Quickly Can I Receive Product?

This depends on how quickly you need the products and how much you choose to pay in shipping costs.

Thus, if you want the products delivered on a Friday, we need the images, at the latest, by 12pm noon on Wednesday. This allows us to offer 2 nd day Fed-Ex. The more days that you give us between the time we receive the images and the date that you need the product delivered, the less expensive your shipping costs will be. (It is possible to get your product to you next day, but this is a very expensive method.)

 

Can Spirit Gear Really Get Individually Personalized Products To Us That Quickly?

YES! With our special Fusion Process and professional personnel, we can fuse your images into our products very quickly and get them out the door – even on the same day!

 

How Do I Get The Images To Spirit Gear?

We have a very easy process of dragging your image folder directly onto our server through an open FTP window. On our server, we will create a file for you to upload your images through an FTP program. If you do not have an FTP program installed on your computer, or you have questions about how to upload your images, please feel free to contact us as 800.460.0629 or info@spirit-gear.com

 

Is There A Deposit In Order To Get Started On The Program?

Spirit Gear requests a deposit ONLY on the Tags in a Flash Program. Spirit Gear asks each camp or conference to estimated their total units for the total period of time they will be using the program. Spirit Gear then asks for an upfront deposit of 25%. This deposit allows Spirit Gear to pay for a portion of the raw materials and set up the time and personnel required for the manufacturing process.

 

Is There A Guarantee That The Quality Will Be As Good As What You Send Us?

Yes. As long as you send us the appropriate minimum megapixel images and as long as the images are adequately posed and lighted, your products will be great!

 

Along with our guarantee, there are some Disclaimers:

• Review all pictures; we are not at fault for image quality.
• Remember that the God-Tags have a hole. Make sure to leave some space for the hole in your images so that faces or part of a scene is not obscured.
• Check for inappropriate/unwanted gestures, distracting backgrounds, closed eye, etc.

 

 

How many people can you fit in a landscape vs. a portrait?

We suggest that you have no more than 6 people in a portrait orientation and no more than 20 people in a landscape orientation. Below are images with 4 people (Portrait) and 16 people (Landscape). We have found that the fewer the number of people in the image, the better the perceived resolution.

We reserve the right to deny or ask for changes to be made to Personalized Products sales, based on our Christian Principles.
