Personalized Product Artwork:

• Feel free to order online even if you have not yet mailed us your photo(s).
• We will hold your online order until we receive your photo(s).
• Artwork can be sent to us via e-mail at info@spirit-gear.com or you can use our mailing address to send pictures via U.S. Mail (Spirit Gear, Inc., 301 Sioux Trail, Leander, TX 78641). Please give all necessary information so we can return your photo and order to you.
• Professional Photos are not accepted without a photographers release.
• It is the responsibility of customers who provide us with images for use on their custom and photo orders to ensure that they are adhering to copyright laws. It is not the responsiblity of Impressive Inscriptions to determine the origin of images provided by customers.  It is the responsiblity of customers to adhere to copyright laws when providing text for their personalized product orders.  It is not the responsibility of Impressive Inscriptions to determine the origin or authorship of text provided by customers.

Personalized Product Shipping:

• Normally ships in 7-14 days except during heavy volume holiday season.  Place holiday orders early.  If you need your product by a certain date be sure to let us know. Please note that we do not ship internationally. We only ship to within the USA.
  

Guarantee:  Any item that is damaged in shipping can be exchanged for an identical item with the same personalization. However, a claim must be made with the freight carrier. We are not responsible for misspelled names, (unless it is our fault) incomplete information, or for wrong items purchased. The better the photo you send us (and the higher the DPI of the image you e-mail us), the better your imprint will be.  Please check shopping cart carefully for accuracy before submitting as personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.

We will cheerfully give you a full refund or replace your order entirely if we make a mistake with personalization. Personalization information is copied from your e-mail (which will be reverified, by you, via e-mail), so please be sure to double-check your personalization entries before submitting your order.  We will also adjust the design ONCE after you have seen the proof if there are any additional changes you want made to ensure you receive a product design that is to your satisfaction.

If you request a refund or replacement because of a personalization error, we will compare your order to your personalization form before issuing a refund or replacing the order.  Please be assured, if we have any questions concerning your personalization request, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Order Cancellation Policy: Because of the personalization of the product, orders cannot be canceled after we have begun processing your order. Please call or email to find out if your order processing has begun.

In the unlikely situation where a  custom or photo product order requires cancellation after you have received a proof, a $25 service charge or 50% of your order total (whichever is less) will be charged to your credit card.  Please be assured we follow your personalized order instructions in accordance to the information you provide.
